NO SHOW POLICY - Clients will be marked as a no show if more than 15 minutes late without notice in advance and will need to reschedule or 50% of service price will be collected • 2 or more no shows will result in firing the client from being able to book future appointments with me. RUNNING LATE? Please respect my time and let me know ahead of time if you are running late! - If you are more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule. NEW CLIENTS- New clients will need to send a $20 deposit to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will go towards your total service price but is nonrefundable if you decide to cancel or no show. CANCELLATIONS? - Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. - Less than 24 hour notice or no show will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. SAFETY I will be wearing a mask during appointments— but they are optional for clients - If you are sick or have symptoms of an illness, please reschedule out of respect for mine and my baby’s health PAYMENTS • Cash preferred but I also accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, ApplePay and card (with a small transaction fee) FILLS - To be considered a fill, you must have at least 40% of lashes remaining. If less than 40% of lashes are present, it will be considered a full set OTHER - I guarantee lashes for 48 hours, no refunds past that
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a cancellation fee of 50% the service total for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment
